Production Lead Time
25-35 working days based on availability at time orders are received and only after receiving contracts down payments.
Custom Manufactured Items
Minimum quantity is 300 – 500 pieces depending on style and fabric. Normally it take 2-3 weeks to manufacture pre-production prototypes. Shipment of order is normally made 4-8 weeks after prototypes approval by the customer. Cancellations are not accepted after contract is signed. Our sales staff will be ready to take your order and help you with your project.
Terms
30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T after QC and before shipment.

Special Packaging
Per customer request we can arrange special packaging production with customer's company name or logo.
Shipping
whether the carrier is selected by the customer or us, cost of transportation shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier. Our specialised logistics staff can offer all the support needed for shipping the goods to destination.
Acceptance
The customer shall inspect the goods before shipment at our factory location in Shenzhen, and give written notice of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract.
Warranty
We warrants that the goods will substantially conform with the published specifications on the sales contract at the time of QC and delivery to the carrier before its shipment to the customer. Provided that we receives written notice of any claimed defect of any goods within 30 days after customer's receipt of the goods, we will either repair or replace the defective goods provided we have authorized the goods return.
Cancellations
All orders are considered firm after signing the sales contracts. Cancellations are not accepted.
Applicable Laws
The validity, interpretation and performance of these Terms and Conditions of Offer to Sell, shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R, P.R. of China.
